Are there any requirements to attend the 2024 ZIN™ Academy UK?
Yes. This event is exclusive to members of the Zumba® Instructor Network (ZIN™). You must be a ZIN™ Member with an account in good standing at the time of registration and at the time of the event. In the event that your ZIN™ Account is not in good standing at the time of the event (February 10, 2024), your event registration will be cancelled, and registration fees will not be refunded (refer to cancellation policy below).
Will I receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for attending the 2024 ZIN™ Academy UK?
Yes. By attending the full day of the 2024 ZIN™ Academy UK you can receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs). You will receive information on how to obtain them in the post-event email.
What is the event cancellation policy?
Our policy varies depending on the date of the cancellation.
Cancellation Fee Starting October 4, 2023-November 4, 2023: £65.00
Cancellation Fee After November 4, 2023: NO REFUND
To cancel your event registration, simply click on "Register Now," type in your username and password and follow the on-screen directions.
If you do not cancel before November 5, 2023, and do not attend, you will not receive a refund.
Can I transfer my event registration to another ZIN™ Member?
If I can’t make it to the 2024 ZIN™ Academy UK, can I apply my event registration to other Zumba® products (e.g., Instructor Trainings, Zumba® Wear merchandise, other Zumba® events, etc.)?
No, you will not be able to apply your 2024 ZIN™ Academy UK registration to other Zumba® products or events. If you’re unable to make it to the 2024 ZIN™ Academy UK, be sure to cancel as soon as possible to avoid the no-show fee (refer to cancellation policy above).
When will registration for the 2024 ZIN™ Academy UK close?
The last day to register for the 2024 ZIN™ Academy UK will be February 8, 2024, unless the event sells out prior to that date.
Will there be Zumba® wear merchandise for sale at the 2024 ZIN™ Academy UK?
Yes, you will be able to buy Zumba® wear on site.
If I am feeling sick or experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms on the day of the event, should I come to the event?
Within 48 hours prior to attending the event, you or any member of your immediate household have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., a fever of 100.4F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking muscle pain/achiness, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19) and have not tested negative for COVID-19 since experiencing symptoms, you should not attend the event.
Are there any COVID-19 guidelines or protocols in place for this event?
To ensure the safest environment possible to event registrants, this event will follow all local health and safety guidelines and protocols, including those put in place by the venue and local governmental bodies. If you are traveling from abroad, please monitor the government travel guidelines and allow enough time to comply with any testing and/or quarantine requirements.
